At the young (Old) age of 45 I have decided to do my first triathlon!!!

Those that know me,,will know I have spoken about doing a triathlon for years and never had the motivation!!

Finally I have knuckled down and done some training!!! I can now swim without armbands so all is good!!

I will be doing the last minute sprint triathlon at Southwell Nottinghamshire on the 18th September and will be raising money for Cavendish Centre in Sheffield .
