I am taking part in the 5 Mile Sunrise Walk on Sunday 18th September 2016 for The Laura Centre.

The Laura Centre provides counselling and support services to bereaved parents and children. Having received their help and support in the last year after the death of our youngest son I know first-hand how invaluable their services are and just how grateful families are to receive their support.

The Laura Centre survives entirely on voluntary donations. By taking part in the walk and helping to raise the profile of this great charity I hope to help them raise much needed funds which will enable them to maintain the high standards of support they offer to bereaved parents and children.
