Hey guys, thanks for supporting me in this (ridiculous) challenge! 

On the 18th June I'm taking part in Staffordshire 70.3 Ironman. It consists of a 1.2mile swim, a 56mile bike ride and finishing off with a 13.1 mile run. 

I want to raise some cash to help Wiltshire Air Ambulance. They need over £3m a year to keep the chopper in the sky so every penny you can give will help them get to accident victims quickly. These guys and girls save lives on a daily basis, so its a great cause and worth me going through a few hours of pain for!
