Founded by philanthropist and Outlander star Sam Heughan, My Peak Challenge is a global movement dedicated to educating and inspiring its members to live healthier, happier, and more balanced lives while raising funds to change lives.
May is a challenge month in MPC. This year I decided to go way out my comfort zone and take part in the Half Marathon, which a distance of 13 miles (22 kilometers). I am training regularly and getting stronger every day. At the same time I ask my friends to donate to my chosen charity, which this year is Cahonas Scotland.
Cahonas Scotland is a small charity dedicated to raising awareness of testicular cancer. Every year a huge amount of donations is made at a gala event in November. In 2020 due to unforseen circumstances the gala will not take place, therefore the donations will be significantly reduced. I want to help Ritchie Marshall, the founder of this charity to continue his amazing work in raising cancer awareness. Every pound raised will male me run faster!!!
