Hey Friends, would paying off the mortgage on your home excite you (assuming you own a home)? Well, it excites my friends at Restoration Outreach Programs (ROP) too. Thanks to a $50,000 matching grant from The Anschutz Foundation, ROP has the amazing opportunity to payoff or at least significantly reduce the mortgage on their building and shift up to $27,000 every year from debt service to meeting the needs of the community ROP serves along the East Colfax corridor in northwest Aurora and east Denver.In case you are not familiar with ROP's ministry, they serve their community primarily through several programs, including a food bank, English as a Second Language classes, Work Readiness tutoring, various children and youth programs and the provision of resources to refugee and other church leaders.Adding $27k per year to ROP's ability to meet the needs of their community would be a huge blessing.
