Story

Lucy was diagnosed with a very rare brain tumour in February 2012 at 6 months old & stayed in Birmingham Children's Hospital for over 7 months.

This amazing little girl has battled every day & gone way beyond many of the doctors hopes for her. Lucy still has the tumour as it cannot all be removed so she has to be monitored every few weeks. This inspirational young lady is now attending school, her mobility is beyond what we thought she would manage, she's chatty & very bright.

So to celebrate the fact that Lucy is 5 in July, Jayne & I & maybe a few others along the way have a few runs planned in. Jayne is most excited that she has a place in the London Marathon as it has been on her wish list for years - it will be my 5th, to go nicely with Lucy's birthday!

Lucy became ill so quickly that we need to continue to raise money & awareness to prevent this happening to other families, so please help support us.
