This subject is very dear to me as I have seen with my own eyes how much a stroke can affect peoples lives including family members.My nan(Jean) and Auntie (Mel) have both had strokes (my auntie more recently) and the struggles as a family have been hard but we are a very tight unit and we  have helped each other get through such a difficult time. 

I cant explain the emotions you go through when something like this happens to your family, but what I will say is that it feels like you constantly have a grey cloud lingering over you. From the moment you wake up to the minute you go to bed.

 I am so grateful to have such an amazing supporting family and my Auntie is slowing gaining her strength back to do all of the day to day activities.
