On Sunday 20th August, I'm going to be abseiling down the ArcelorMittal Orbit at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park!

I haven’t done an abseil since school and heights really aren’t my thing but, after seeing the way people who come to St Joseph’s face their own personal challenges which such bravery, I thought it was time to confront my fears and take the plunge (quite literally!)

I'll probably be absolutely terrified when I’m at the top, but focusing on all the local people we’ll be able to help with the money raised will get me through it!

Any donation - no matter how small - will be gratefully received and will help support people in East London with a terminal illness.
