On Sunday 21st September I will be taking part in the Admiral Swansea 
Bay 10k run in memory of my friend and colleague Dan Humphreys. Dan was 
diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma, which is a rare form of bone cancer in 
children and young adults. Dan sadly lost his battle to cancer in 
February this year at 25 years old. The 10k run is something Dan wanted 
to achieve himself, so we're completing the run in his memory. Cancer 
has an affect on most people's lives at some point, so we feel it is 
important to support organisations like BCRT (Bone Cancer Research 
Trust) to raise awareness. Also completing the run with me is Darren 
Curtis, Kathryn Jones and Sally & Alex Grills.
