HelloI'm doing  a memory walk on the 21 September 2014 in memory on my Grandad

I’m raising money for Alzheimer's Society. In memory of my Grandad who had Vascular Dementia and sadly died in 2010.

My grandad was the most caring and gentle man I have ever met he was someone everyone should have known. We all adored him.
