I have now taken part in the Three Parks Challenge (Bushey, Hampton Court and Richmond Parks) to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the opening of the Shooting Star Children's Hospice in Hampton and the 10th birthday of the Whitton Friends Group. Foolishly I selected the 15-mile route, as opposed to the 3 or 8 mile options, but I did manage to complete it in about 4 hours 20 mins (resisting the temptation of joining the 8-milers in Starbucks on the last leg back!).

Thank you so much for supporting me.  The money you have donated has gone to a great charity - the Shooting Star Children's Hospice provides care for hundreds of children with life-limiting conditions and their families and it takes £3.5m per year to run the hospice and its outreach programme.  You have contributed to this and the team there really appreciate every penny donated.
