7th April 2022 will be a day that we will never forget. This was the day when our Mum , Nanny, wife and friend to so many was diagnosed with breast cancer. The journey to recovery begins today and thanks to the advances in cancer treatment and research we are hugely positive. Mum’s faith has always been a constant in her life and we are all saying a little prayer for her recovery. The journey ahead will have its ups and downs, and we want to provide as much support as we can both emotionally, spiritually and financially. Mum has always worked to look after people during her career and now it time for us to do the same. This just giving page doesn’t come as a simple plea for help, we want to earn your support. So, a summer of training will culminate in a group of us challenging ourselves with a Wolf Run in September. For many of us (me included) our levels of fitness will be tested to the max.. however if we are asking for your support we want to make sure our hard work is recognised and rewarded. If you would have any spare money to support us we will guarantee that we will not fail. The money we raise will be donated to Macmillan to support the tireless work that they do for millions of people in the UK. If you can spare any money your donation will be used to help continue the ongoing fight against cancer.
