Antartic Ice Marathon · 15 September 2020

We’re the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Our vision is a future where nobody dies of the disease.

Story

My dad Frank died of bowel cancer in December 2006 after 3 years of chemo, aged 62 years old. Since then I have lost friends from bowel cancer in their 40s and 50s. I want to raise awareness of the symptoms of bowel cancer and raise awareness of early diagnosis.

I ran the North Pole marathon in 2017 and now I'm training for a marathon in the Antarctica in December 2021.

I've raised about £120K for Bowel Cancer UK over the last 10 years and want to go large this time and raise £30K by my next birthday on the 23rd of April.

Thanks so much for your time, donation and support.
