For the last 3 years myself and a group of friends have set an annual challenge. Initially the three peaks challenge followed but the London to Paris bike ride. We all enjoyed the bike ride so last year continued from Paris to Dijon with several of us raising funds for charities.

This year we continue the journey cycling 320 miles over 4 days from Dijon to Avignon with overnight  stops at Chaloner Soane Lyon and Valence en route.

The last day is 100 miles (same as last year) which is a real challenge as the ages range from early 20’s to early 60’s and punctures can take valuable time (I had 3 on the first day the year before last) and none of us are “serious cyclists” although we have all learned that training begins at least three months before an event!

Nothing will be deducted from monies raised as everyone funds themselves so please donate and help us again to raise some money for this great local charity.
