Hi everyone

I have decided to run a half marathon (Great Manchester run) 😬 I love running it's a hobby I started 5 years ago gives me a chance to escape everything for a hour or so.

My main reason for taking this on is too raise money for a brilliant charity who helped me when I needed them, I want to give something back they deserve it. I've suffered with anxiety most of my life. Toughest thing for me was asking for help/opening up after years of keeping everything to myself and trying to deal with it on my own, i got the help I needed a few years ago and I'm in a better head space but many others are still suffering that is something I want to help with. 

If anyone is reading this who is suffering please talk to someone there is always someone who cares and will offer you support. 

I would really appreciate anyone who wants to sponsor me, it would mean the world to me and more. I just want to helps others who find themselves in a difficult situation mentally it's not a great place to be in, it can be very emotional and feel like a very dark place at times. I am hundered percent committed too finishing this challenge.. I am doing it for the charity and everyone who is suffering with mental health.. much love people ❤️
