Story

Staring on Friday June 9th over 4 days we will be cycling 400 miles from Arval office at Rueil mal Maison to Arval Swindon finishing on Monday 12th June the team of Jim Patrick, Matt Mason, Christopher Moore, Brian Seery, Karen Tait, Claire Birt, Nick Knight, Simon McMeekan, Brian Read, Jennifer Saunders, Adele Tidball, Ian Joseph, Vicky Mclean, Graham Paton, Mandy Pilsworth, Rayner De Souza, Camillio Toro and Keith Williams support being provided by Andrea Sawford, Joanna Reed, Kamel Assous, Nick Barrett and Claire Hughes.

One rider taking part in the event wrote

Cancer is a debilitating disease, both emotionally and physically.  It's impact is far reaching, not only to the individual but also to dependants, family and friends. No doubt we all have been touched either directly or indirectly.

It is therefore imperative that as a society  we do all  we can to support  sufferers an their  carers, with access to treatment  being fundamental in the rehabilitation process. Currently Swindonians have to commute  to Oxford, Bath and Bristol for Radiotherapy, putting a great burden on the patient in terms  of transport and recuperation.

The GWH Radiotherapy appeal is doing much, in looking to fill that void, in this most important area.

As a company who is aware of how this can impact its employees, family and friends we are supporting this charity
