I'm undertaking this project to raise money on behalf of a man who genuinely means the world to me, and is currently battling this awful disease. My Grandad. 

Watching what this condition can do to a person has been one of the most challenging things in my life to date, and I would do anything I could to prevent it.

So...on July 20th I am partaking in a 5k run in honour of Joseph Carlson, because even though it wont change his diagnosis it could help prevent someone else's.

Small steps lead to big victories, and anything you can spare will be greatly appreciated!!
