Every 20 minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with blood cancer such as Lukemia and will require a bone marrow or blood stem cell transplant.

Anthony Nolan have over 500,000 people on the UK register and provide a valuable service to those with blood cancer.

I am riding in the RrideLondon-Surrey bike ride, a 100 mile round trip from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, into the stunning Surrey countryside before coming back into London for a spectacular finish on the Mall.

This will be a gruelling challenge and I hope putting myself through it will enable me to raise as much money as possible for this wonderful charity.
