This November (2019) I shall not be shaving for 30 days. 

As an individual who has always been clean shaven the thought of this idea has left me anxious!!

Throughout the 30 days I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for the ADHD foundation. My step son has ADHD and when talking to people they have heard about the mental health condition but they do not know how it effects his daily life and others around him. By doing this I hope to raise awareness and a better understanding of ADHD.
