Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Wobbleberries challenge is a challenge for middle aged, wimpy riders to compete at a BE80 by autumn 2017, all to raise money for the wonderful Willberry Wonder Pony charity and challenge ourselves to push ourselves to compete in her sport.

The charity aims to support vital research into osteosarcoma and to grant equine related wishes to seriously ill people and their families.

Why?

#InspiredbyHannah flooded social media for very good reason. Hannah Francis inspired thousands of people she never met, and achieved so much in her tragically short life. Age just 17 she was diagnosed with an aggressive bone cancer in her pelvis, right hip joint, lower spine and lungs called Osteosarcoma.

Hannah's story is best read in her own words - please visit her charity's website, and become a friend of Willberry. They desperately need long term commitment, to help realise Hannah's vision.

What?

The challenge is to compete at a British Eventing 80 event in the autumn of 2017. To get there will require many other challenges along the way - such as getting fit, loosing weight, conquering nerves, training hard, and learning the skills necessary to be able to compete safely.

Please visit our facebook page to see (I hope) our progression, and probably the bruises! www.facebook.com/wobbleberrieschallenge

PLEASE SPONSOR US - its not for us, its for such an amazing charity that deserves your money. I can't put it into words, read her own words on her website - you will be inspired too..... www.willberrywonderpony.org
