Support the Adara Development - Aspen community
Aspen proudly supports Adara Development in making a positive difference in the lives of communities in Uganda. Adara Development (formerly The ISIS Foundation) is an international development organisation with established projects in Nepal and Uganda. The Foundation supports initiatives in health, education and other community development, working side by side with women, children and their communities in remote and rural areas to improve their lives.
The Aspen Spartans of NYC are: Dom Yarnell, Cari Winebrenner, Jessica Durrant, and Jani Kohonen. During the Citi Field race, our Aspen Spartans will be facing obstacles such as:

· Sandbag Carry: Probably up and down the stadium steps
· Tire Flip: Flipping tractor tires
· Walls:Jumping over 7/8 ft high walls, sometimes inverted (the wall leans toward you)
· Hercules Hoist: Lift a 100 lb bag of sand tied to a rope that runs through a pulley twenty ft high
· Tractor Pull: Drag a concrete block by chain
· Traverse Wall: Climb sideways across a wall with handholds and footholds
· Spear Throw: Twenty feet into a bale of hay, must stick
· Big Cargo: Climb over a large, stretched cargo net
· Rope Climb: Dangling rope, usually with knots
