Most of us take for granted the ability to control our head, sit, crawl, stand or walk. We help children with cerebral palsy, global developmental delay & other problems of movement control to achieve these skills through a unique therapy, Targeted Training, which can completely change their lives.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. My family history research has shown that many members of the Atcherley family (my maternal ancestors and kin) have, over the centuries, given to or created charities to improve the lives of others. Examples of causes which the Atcherleys have supported in years gone by include the Shrewsbury Infirmary, and Market Drayton Cottage Hospital.

To perpetuate the Atcherley tradition of giving, my Atcherley family history website has a 'Charity of the Year' for 2017: The Movement Centre at Oswestry in Shropshire. This charity works with children who, because of cerebral palsy or other medical conditions, have movement control issues - giving them greater independence and brighter futures.

So, whether you are connected with the Atcherley family or not, please 'Just Give' through this JustGiving page. To encourage you, I have some initiatives in mind for the coming year which I hope will inspire you to be generous!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
