Connie is a 5 year old girl from Redhill in Surrey with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. Just4Children want to help her in accessing surgery, therapies, equipment and to fulfil her dream of being independent.

Here is your chance to win a custom designed pair of bespoke Adidas trainers signed by all the band members from one of the greatest SKA bands ever, Madness.

These specially designed 'One Step Beyond' Adidas trainers have been signed by the main man himself 'Suggs' along with all the other band members.

The trainers have been donated to my daughter's charity 'ConniesCrusade' to help raise money for my daughter who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy.

All money raised from this raffle will help pay for Connie's ongoing physiotherapy treatment and long term aftercare.
