On 23rd June 2012, I will be swimming the Great North Swim (1mile) in lake Windermere, for Médecins Sans Frontières MSF (Doctors Without Borders). It is a medical humanitarian organisation who help in many disaster struck regions of the world. They offer assistance based only on need irrespective of political affiliation,religion, race or gender.
