Story
So here's our story:
Every year, St John Ambulance trains 800,000 people in lifesaving skills, of which 95,300 are children in schools, and keep the public safe at 35,000 events. SJA treat 100,000 people and respond to 10,000 emergency call outs in support of 999 services, really making a life-saving difference in our communities.
No one should lose their life because of the lack of first aid. We are part of this difference. We are a group of 9 zealous volunteers who give up their spare time to actively contribute to the work we do in our local community. Our roles are different, ranging from First Aid Demonstrators, Youth Leaders, Operational First Aiders to Operational Commanders, but we all understand and appreciate the impact we have on the community. We are doing a sponsored skydive challenge to support all of the good work we do- support us and become part of the difference our local operations make too!
