Asalamu alaikum Warahamatullahi Wabarakatu,

This is a simple sadaqa jariya for Nani. We never knew our Nana but we knew he was a great man. Nani was something else, everyone who knew her, loved her. Her kindness showed her beauty and her love for others. I may never again in my life meet a woman with such piety, strength and such simplicity. She was widowed at a young age but never showed sadness and raised her family with honour and dignity. Her generation was truly one of Hikmah and Faith. May Allah accept this small act of Sadqa on behalf of us all and grant them the highest rank in Jannah. 

"And be steadfast in prayer and regular in charity: And whatever good ye send forth for your souls before you, ye shall find it with Allah: for Allah sees Well all that ye do. " The Holy Quran 002.110 

The charity "Muslim Hands" have a water well project in Niger. This has been one of the poorest countries in the world with a terrible ongoing food crisis and drought. Muslim Hands has been working in Niger since 2005. Focused on enhancing the social development of the Nigerian people and helping to eradicate poverty.
