Lands End to John O'Groats · 2 May 2017

The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £5m we need each year to fund our free care.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

After 'one too many' at a Berkhamsted Cycling Club Social, one of our gang decided that it would be a good idea to cycle Lands End to John O'Groats and back again (2,000 miles!!??). After a period of recovery and reflection, it was decided it would be far more sensible to just do 'one way'. We have organised and fully funded the 'LEJOG' trip ourselves and as we love cycling, we appreciate it is a somewhat self indulgent trip. However, having been asked a few times if we are doing it for charity, we thought we should take the opportunity to set up this page so if anyone would like to donate (whether we make it or not!) to a very good cause they can. Our chosen charity is Hospice of St Francis Berkhamsted

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
