So here we are again in lockdown with our wonderfully diverse and exciting shops forced to close once again. Of course, the biggest human cost is borne by your incredible colleagues, some of whom have not been in work for almost a year shielding against the virus but for most this is their second or third period of enforced furlough and this time feels like the hardest.

The BRC Learning team felt very strongly that we should help, so we have collated and created fantastic pieces of free online content aimed to support, engage and connect your furloughed colleagues.

The content will be available on Tuesday, 26th January. The participants will work through it at their own pace, but we have prepared a few live webinars, including a coaching session, and we have a free giveaway for all attendees.

There is no fee to pay for your colleagues accessing the content, instead we are asking for a voluntary contribution made to retailTRUST. This way, we are all creating a supportive retail circle as retailTRUST helps those retail colleagues most in need.
