As most of you probably know at the age of 17 I was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure, the root cause still unknown today! Ever since then I knew the only way for me to try and carry a baby would be through IVF and an egg donor. Unfortunately in 2015 when Joe and I met with NHS consultants we were denied any funding towards treatment and the only reason we were given was because we didn't live in the 'qualifying' postcode! We are not alone in what seems the most unfair and illogical situation and therefore would like to raise money towards the Fertility Network Charity who are supporting millions of people, like us, across the UK and are trying to get these rules changed. 

We are very lucky and excited to be expecting Baby Gordon in May and I'm looking forward to celebrating with you at my baby shower! If you were planning to buy a gift can I please request that instead you donate the money towards the charity. Knowing the money is going towards supporting others, like us and many of our friends who have had to face a similar situation would be the best gift of all.
