An injury of any kind is horrible and can be mentally challenging for anyone to deal with but for a footballer or sportsperson it can literally be life changing for them.

One of the clubs that we work very closely with is Annan Athletic FC and today during their game against Stranraer FC,  one of the Annan players, Jack Purdue, suffered a serious leg break which is undoubtedly going to put him out of playing for a long period of time as well as have a big impact on his day to day life and work.  

At Back Onside we know exactly the affect on a players mental health that an injury can have and we want to do all we can to support Jack through his recovery.   We want to show him how much we care and that we are all behind him by giving him support and give him one less thing to worry about during his recovery period.
