London Marathon 2019 · 28 April 2019 ·

A page for those taking part in Virgin Money London Marathon for Sense - the national charity that supports people with complex communication needs, to be understood, connected and valued.

Story

Many of us take our senses for granted; especially our sight and hearing.  You are using your ability to see to read this right now but there are many among us who don't have that privilege we all take for granted.
I need your help to raise money to help the people who are champions for those less fortunate than most.

As you are lucky enough to have the sense of sight to read this, why not help someone who is not so lucky by making a donation to Sense?  I am training extremely hard to make sure that I complete the 26.2 miles so, why not do something that will provide you with a 'sense' of satisfaction and donate!  All donations; no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated.

Sense is a national charity that support people with complex communication needs including those who are deaf-blind to be understood, connected and valued.  Sense are there for every person who faces communication barriers in a world that now relies on being able to see and hear to be well connected.

Together, we can break down the communication barriers so that no one is isolated, left out or unable to fulfil their potential
