Story

Beanstalk are raising money for two amazing charities in the US and UK that support the local BIPOC community.

After the tragic death and George Floyd and the following protests, Beanstalk wanted to create an initiative so we could support the BLM movement. Beanstalks Anti-racism Allyship Action (AAA) initiative is focused on educating our Beanstalkers and mobilising our talent to support the BIPOC community in anyway we can.

All team members will be taking part in exercise to cover at least a 5km distance (including running, walking, cycling etc).

This team consists of the US portion of Beanstalk who are raising money for the Black Girls RUN! Foundation.

All donations are hugely appreciated. Help us help others!

About Black Girls RUN! Foundation: Through the power of running, community and empowerment, we bring awareness to the health disparities in the Black community. We dispel the myths that black women are unhealthy and not physically active. Black Girls RUN! brings women together all over the country to increase representation on the pavement. We are moving and motivating women to change the narrative of what running, and health looks like for black women. We provide inspiration and serve as a resource for women to become the best version of themselves. Black Girls RUN! wants to create healthier communities to change the health statistics for black women and make us healthier for generations to come.
With 250,000 members across the country spanning 75 groups in 32 states, BGR! Nation has become a movement.
