The Great Beard Wax Off · 29 March 2019

It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

I’M GOING TO RIP MY BEARD OFF MY FACE!!!

29/03/19

THIS IS GOING TO HURT!!!

Hopefully the thought of how painful this will be has brought you here. Now for the reason why...

Over the Christmas period 2018 my Dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. As you can imagine this shocked us all and ruined the Christmas mood. (Not that i’m a fan of Christmas anyway, i know Bah Humbug!)

Due to the cancer my Dad was told that he would have to have chemotherapy. My Dad was told pancreatic cancer is hard to diagnose and the stage this cancer is at, the chemotherapy would be not to cure, but to prolong life. My dad is fighting this.

Due the stength of the chemo my Dad was told his hair would fall out. Today 07/03 I shaved my Dad’s hair off, he was starting to lose it and it was irritating him.

I want my Dad to know that he is not alone in going through this, but shaving my head is too easy and not an option as I do this anyway. This left me with my pride and joy, my beard... (Other then Xander, Mila, Gabby and i’m sure i’m missing someone *cough* *cough*)

Shaving my beard off would be too easy too, so a sick thought came into my head (as usual) and I’ve decided to wax my beard off. I will leave my beard at full length for this for full ripping and tearin action.

THIS IS GOING TO HURT!!!

Please dig deep and make the pain I’m going to go through worth it.

FUCK CANCER!!!

I LOVE YOU DAD! X X X X X X X X X X
