Hi Folks, 

Bit last minute, but we’re doing a spontaneous 10km on Sunday to raise money for a charity who’ve helped me (Rebecca) through the hardest months of my life. 

Widowed and Young have been a constant source of emotional and practical support since I reached out to them in the days and months after Tristan’s passing. 

Being such a young widow it was difficult to find anyone who I felt truely understood what I was going through. 

Widowed and Young put me in contact with others who’d been through similar and come out the other side fighting.

We’re running this weekend to raise awareness of the valuable, life altering work they’re doing for young widows in the UK, like me, and we’d hugely appreciate any donations, however small.
