Since becoming a consultant I have met several people who have been or are being treated for cancer. I have been amazed, awed, and inspired by their incredible strength and resilience. I am blown away by the drive and determination these people have shown, and wish to honour these people in this small way (as frustrating as it is not to be able to do more) 

So, for them, I will be completing 50 miles in the month of August, and have challenged myself to run at least 25 of those miles, hopefully more!
