Roshelle, Simon, Aimee and I are taking part in Hft Team Extreme Weekender where we will be doing extreme zip wires, bouncing in a 170 year old caverns at 180ft above the floor and doing a fire walk!  

We are raising money for certain projects within the Bedfordshire resource centre such as the mind, body, soil project.
