After a lot of waiting in a few weeks I will be taking on my biggest challenge ever and running the London Marathon. I’d be so grateful for any donations.

My step niece Georgia was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when she was just 10 years old. Its sadly, an incurable chronic bowel disease that causes inflammation. Georgia is now 15 - her Crohn's is very widespread which means there aren't enough "good bits" for surgery to take out the "bad bits" and piece together the "good bits".
