We all are affected by mental illnesses at some point in our lives; would it be directly or indirectly. Knowing that Mind and the people behind are there to help and support you during these difficult moments is reassuring. 

I decided to take part and do my bit by cycling the London to Paris Challenge. The Ride will take place in September 2017 and with your help, I will be able to support Mind to enhance people's lives.
