Stand Against MND is a charity very close to my heart. In March 2019 aged just 37, my cousin Sam was diagnosed with this cruel disease. Sam set up his charity following his diagnosis with an aim to raise funds to support finding a cure for MND. I'm now 37 myself, as are many of my friends and I wanted to do something to continue supporting this fantastic cause. 

During March 2023 I'm going to be running 100 miles. 100 miles is a nice round number but it's also a bloody long way! I'll post my runs on Facebook so you can see how I'm getting on.
