From the 12th - 15th May, along with over 30 other people from the waste industry, I will be riding from Kent to Ghent over 3 days to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK.

Bowel Cancer can affect any of us at any time. Just recently a friend of mine came to the gym one day and said "my brother has got Bowel Cancer!" his brother is around my age and seeing how it can happen just like that has really made me think. Things are looking better for his brother now, he has had an operation to remove part of his Bowel and is now undergoing Chemotherapy.
