Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My Great Grandma sadly died on the 19th of April and because of Coronavirus and lockdown we couldn’t visit or go to her funeral. I noticed that she had wanted donations from the funeral to be sent to the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland air ambulance. But as hardly anyone could attend I thought I would do something in her memory to raise the money instead. So inspired by Captain Tom I thought I’d do something in my garden to raise some money. My mum told me it was 682km from our house to Great Grandma’s in Matlock so I thought I would ‘cycle’ there as a challenge. I will do this on the exercise bike in my garden. I hope to do this in one month, or 31 days.

I would be very pleased if you could donate a small amount in my Great Grandma’s memory and to inspire me to cycle faster ☺️

Thank you very much.

Love Ben
