I'm riding the Dragon again for Macmillan cancer care. Those who know me have seen me battling my weight and the road cycling helps me to keep it under control. I rode this last year but on the 60m it was the furthest I'd ridden. Also the most hills I've ever ridden. Now I want to push it a bit further. This time taking in the Bwlch, The Rhigos AND the Devils Elbow. All in all its 95 miles and nearly 8000m of hills.

It's an amazing cause. Everyone is affected by cancer in some way. They need all the help they can get. So dig deep and help me raise some money for a great charity.
