As you may be aware my mum passed away in November 2017 having suffered from breast cancer for almost 15 years. 

As a family we have raised almost £4000 since then with various events. I’ve swam, ran and played netball in a dress....so now is time to have a fight! Having never thrown a punch in my life I wanted to put myself well outside my comfort zone for the next fundraiser and will be competing at the Ultra White Collar Boxing event at the Hilton hotel in Sheffield on the evening of Saturday November 30th. After 8 weeks training in the build up to the event I hope they will have taught me how to punch and maybe more importantly how to dodge!
