The last few years, particularly, have shone a light for everyone on the importance of mental wellbeing. We all struggle at times, and while it has become 'easier' for some to talk about it, for others, it has not. I've had so many friends and colleagues struggle recently and mainly it has been their emotional and mental wellbeing which has taken a knock. Well, I'll gladly put myself through 100 miles of struggle to help make things that little bit brighter for someone else through such an amazing charity as the Samaritans.
