My beautiful daughter Lily-Rose is 5 years old. She suffers from a rare condition called Rett syndrome. 

Rett syndrome is a random mutation of one chromosome, it is a condition almost exclusively found in girls. Lily rose is  slowly losing the ability to use her hands and legs, she can not talk, she can not tell us how she feels, she is trapped inside a body which does not respond to her brain.
I am running the Exeter marathon to raise funds for Reverse Rett, a charity who are dedicated to finding the cure for this truly devastating condition.
With your help Reverse Rett may give my daughter the ability to tell me she is hungry, to tell me she doesn't feel well, to tell me she loves me.
