We operate the local air ambulances for Warwickshire & Northamptonshire and Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland, as well as the Children's Air Ambulance across the UK.

Story

I am currently working full time as a Work Rider for Martin Keighley at Condicote in the North Cotswolds.  I've been involved with horses all my life and therefore know how vital the Air Ambulance Service is for us all as injuries can happen in isolated rural locations.

However the main reason I wish to give something back and support this worthwhile charity is because when I was younger my mum broke her back riding a horse in a remote area.  This made me realise how crucial this service is in situations like this that are potentially life threatening.

It's obviously not only horse related injuries that they are dealing with every day and it is therefore so important to help raise awareness of their work outside of the equestrian industry and I hope to raise as much money as I possibly can.  Please give generously - whatever you feel you can donate will be gratefully appreciated no matter how small.

Martin is providing me with a horse to ride and him and the team are going to help me hopefully be fit and ready to do the best I can on 30th September  at Warwick.  I've never ridden in a race before and am so excited!
