We are regularly reminded of the good work that the people
in City Hospice do. They provide an excellent service to our patients who need them at their most vulnerable time. We are always looking for ways to support City Hospice and, further to our successful Million Step Challenge with the staff in January 2019, we have decided to get our walking boots on and step out in style on the Sparkle Walk on 21^st September.

The Sparkle Walk will spread some light amongst many families who are supported by City Hospice. We will be encouraging any of our patients who are unable to make the walk to make a donation to the charity, fill in a tag for any loved ones they wish to remember and we will gladly add
their tag when decorating the Memory Tree during our walk.

Donations can be made on Just Giving, please feel free to tell us who you wish to remember with your donation and we will complete a tag on your behalf. Alternatively your donation can be made at the surgery where you will be able to complete your tag.
