A year ago Bobby's dad was diagnosed with vascular dementia and Alzheimers. Over the last 12 months we have seen, at first hand, the progressive effects of these degenerative diseases. 

We have been made aware that there is a desperate need for money to help fund nursing care for all those affected, whether it be the individual or support for the whole family.

Bobby and I try to do a cycle ride each year to raise funds for a charity, of our choice. This year's cycle has been named the 'Door to Door'. We will travel from Blackburn Lancashire to Edinburgh, about 220 miles.
