Story
This September, I'm taking part in my agency's epic relay race from the tip of Scotland to our office in London, to support an amazing charity called Brain Tumour Resarch.
It's all pretty ambitious: 650 miles, 6 days, 200 people, 25 legs including hard core cycling, half marathon, swimming across a lake, walking with dogs and babies (yes), running, more running... and horse-riding. Guess what I'm doing.
So I'm getting back in the saddle and I'm determined to stay there while we walk/trot/canter those miles in the middle of Hertfordshire.
It all sounds fun but it will only make sense if I manage to raise money for a great cause.
Brain tumour kills more children and young people than any other cancer, yet research is ridiculously under-funded, with less than 1% of spending on cancer research being channelled towards brain tumours. Major WTF, I know.
Luckily, there are superheroes out there like Brain Tumour Research whose goal is to raise funds for research into discovering the causes, advancing treatments and ultimately finding a cure.
Please help me support these guys and the cause by donating whatever you can. Other than me being eternally grateful, you'll be rewarded with the feeling of doing something good.
Thanks so much / Köszönöm: Bogi
