Over the first bank holiday weekend of May (4th to 5th May) a group of 16 teachers from Borden Grammar School in Sittingbourne, Kent will be attempting to complete the 3 peaks challenge.

The challenge itself seems fairly simple - to reach the summit of 3 mountains in 24 hours. 

The team is a mix of experienced mountaineers and complete strangers to mountain walking.

We have decided to attempt the challenge of climbing the 3 highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland within a 24 hour time period in order to raise as much money as we can for Cancer Research UK.
